I'm an operator and strategist with an uncommon range. My work spans community strategy, technical systems, operations, messaging, and AI-assisted workflows — and I've delivered across environments that have very little in common except that someone had to figure it out.
Most recently I served as Head of Community at Corn, where I led community architecture, ecosystem growth, and positioning. I've been in crypto since 2017 and have built through every major market cycle — but that's one chapter, not the whole story.
My background includes technical troubleshooting, operations management, and direct human services work. That experience shows up in how I operate: practically, adaptively, and without needing perfect conditions to deliver.
How I think about work
I'm most useful in situations that are messy, fast-moving, or cross-functional — where the problem isn't neatly scoped and someone needs to bridge strategy with actual execution. I bring structure without killing momentum.
My background is broad, and that's the point. I've worked across enough different environments to know that the same core skills keep mattering — clear communication, operational thinking, technical problem-solving, and the ability to make things work with whatever's available. I work across layers because that's where the gaps usually are.
More recently, I've been building with AI tools heavily — using them to accelerate strategy work, draft content, build project structures, and prototype systems faster than any individual should reasonably be able to. Not as a gimmick, but because it genuinely changes what one person can accomplish.
What I'm looking for
I'm currently open to consulting, contracts, operator roles, and selective full-time opportunities that are a strong fit. I'm building a more coherent professional presence and prioritizing work where I can be genuinely useful — not just filling a seat.
I value flexibility and portability. I work best when I can move between environments, bring fresh perspective, and focus on impact rather than facetime.
